高精剪是近十年来随着国外大批量板材激光拼焊生产线的推广应用而研制开发的一种板料制坯专用设备。本文介绍了精密剪切的基本原理，阐述了我国研制开发高精剪的必要性和可行性，并提出了尚需解决的几个关键技术问题。

High precision shearing machine is a kind of special blank modifying equipment which was developed abroad at mid of 80′s as the blank laser welding line be used. The basic principle of precision shearing, possibility and necessity of developing precision shearing machine have been introduced in the paper. The key technology problems to be solved in developing precision shearing have also presented in the paper.
