对采用挤压法制造铜包钢双金属导线的工艺参数作了全面实验研究,并与其它方法进行了对比分析。研究表明变形程度、摩擦条件及挤压后热处理规范对两种金属的焊合强度影响最大。给出了这些参数较合理的配合。

The technological parameters of manufacturing copper clad weld wire (bimetals) with extrusion way are analyzed in this paper, and the way is compared with others of manufacturing bimetals. It is studied in this paper that the main effective factors to the weld strength of the bimetals are the degree of deformation, frictional characteristics and the heat treatment procedure. The reasonable parameters are presented.
