开发了适用于基于Windows平台上的中小型自由锻工艺设计的微机软件ODFCAPP系统。该系统能对两类锻件的锻造工艺和热处理工艺进行设计,并能生成和输出详尽的锻造工艺卡和锻后热处理工艺卡。实践证明,用本系统设计出的锻造工艺与实际生产中应用的锻造工艺相符,说明该系统的设计是可靠的,具有一定推广价值。
The software named ODFCAPP based on MS Windows completely has been developed. A research of computer aided design about the prcess of the middle and small open die forging has been carried out in this paper. The integrated process of two kinds of forgings can be designed, including forging process and process of heat treatment. This system can output two pieces of integrated cards of process of forging and heat treatment.By verification, the result is according to the result of experienced calculation.
