研究了用轴承钢(GCr15)下脚料液态模锻磨球过程中的压力、加压时间和凝固时间等主要工艺参数对磨球质量的影响。实验结果对利用本方法生产磨球有一定的参考价值。

In this paper, the influence of the process parameters (pressure, pressure holding time and solidifying time etc.) to abrasive ball quality were described while squeeze casting abrasive ball were made with the left over of bearing steel. The experiment results show that there are some reference values to adopt the technique of manufacturing abrasive ball.
