将超声波运用到拉拔中,设计制作了一套进行拉拔细丝的附加超声波拉拔装置,并设计了拉拔力和拉拔速度测试系统。通过该装置可对拉拔中附加超声波振动时各因素之间的相互关系进行系统的实验研究。

In this paper,ultrasonic wave is applied to drawing technology .A testing system for drawing force and speed as well as an addtional ultrasonic device for wire drawing is desinged,through which exeperiments and research work could be conducted to study the relationship between various factors.
