采用弹性有限元法对生产大型铝合金整体壁板用扁挤压筒的受力情况进行了数值模拟,获得了扁挤压筒各层套间装配接触压力的分布,以及扁挤压筒在不同内压、不同结构尺寸和不同装配条件下的应力分布情况和强度条件。结果表明,扁挤压筒各层套之间的装配接触压力分布不均;现行内孔尺寸为850mm×250mm的扁挤压筒,其最大允许工作内压为500MPa;将现行扁挤压筒的内孔尺寸改为850mm×320mm,采用合适的装配过盈量,其最大允许工作内压可达600MPa。

The stress distribution and strength condition of multilayer flat container for extruding aluminium sheet with flange has been simulated by elastic FEM under different extrusion pressure, hole size and shrink fitting range. The results show that the distribution of shrink fitting pressure is not uniform on the shrink fitting interface, the allowed maximum extrusion pressure is 500MPa with present container of hole size 850mm×250mm and 600MPa with which the hole size being changed into 850mm×320mm.
