论述立体光造形技术中零件的精度问题。从ＣＡＤ模型精度，切片过程中的切片精度，激光固化光敏树脂过程的制造精度，以及后固化过程中零件的尺寸精度等各个主要方面进行了深入的探讨。

This paper has described the accuracy of part built by stereo optical lithography technology.It also studied all of main aspects that influence the accuracy,which include CAD model accuracy,the slicing accuracy in slicing procedure,the building accuracy during leaser cure process,and dimension accuraly in post cure process.
