多面壳体液压胀形的板面变形理论分析

摘要:
本文根据多面壳体液压胀球过程的实践经验,对多面壳体的多边形平板的胀形过程进行了简化,给出了圆板球面胀形模型,并分别推导了质点圆形轨迹理论计算方法和质点椭圆轨迹理论计算方法,给出了板面应变和最大减薄量的计算式,并推得了形式压力与板面应变的关系,给出了成形压力的理论计算公式。最后,对理论计算结果和实验结果进行了比较,证明理论值与实践结果吻合较好。
In this paper the polygonal petal sheets of the polyhedrons during bulging are simplified according to the practical experiences of the hydrobulging of the polyhedrons, and a bulging model of the spherical circular diaphragm is given. And then according to the dedution of the circular locus theoretical calculation method and the oval locus theoretical calculation method, the strain formulae and the maximal thinning ratio formulae are given, the relation between the forming pressure and the strain and the theoretical formulae of the forming pressure are given. Finally, the theoretical results are compared with the experimental results, it is proved that they are in accordance very well.
