楔形异步冷辗轧是在锥辊异面冷辗轧基础上,提出的一种新的螺旋叶片成形原理。它克服了前者设备调整困难、螺距不能过小等不足。根据新原理设计和制造了一台模拟装置,对新辗轧过程的成形规律进行了试验研究。

Edge-difference speed cold rolling of spiral flights, a new process based on the cold rolling with the axes of conical rollers in different planes, is proposed in principle. The new process can eliminate the disadvantages which exist in the old process, such as the difficulty of adjusting the mill, the limitation to the size of the pitch of the products, etc. With a simulator made on the new principle, the authors have experimetally investigated the edge-difference speed cold rolling process.
