采用液态挤压代替压力铸造及热挤压生产摩托车铝合金减震筒,不仅克服了压铸件内部容易形成气孔和氧化夹杂的缺陷,而且减少了热挤压的投资及提高了成品率。本文介绍了铝合金减震筒液态挤压的模具结构及设计参数,分析了液态挤压的工艺参数及选择依据。

The aluminium alloy shock absorber tube of motorcycle were manufactured with liquidextrusion replacing die casting under pressure and hot extrusion, not only the defects of gas-holes andnon-metal inclusion in the die casting under pressure were eliminated, but also the invest of hotextrusion were decreased and the rate of end product were increased. In this paper,die structure and de-sign parameters of liquid extrusion for the aluminium alloy shock absorber tube were introduced, atechnique parameters and selection basis of liquid extrusion were analyzed.
