本文介绍了三辊Y型轧机的特点及其在钨钼条开坯轧制中的应用,着重介绍了三辊Y型轧机连轧机组在钨钼条开坯轧制中的轧制孔型设计,包括孔型系的选择、孔型参数的设计计算、宽展计算、充填计算、连轧机组的张力计算等。并给出了三辊Y型轧制孔型计算机辅助设计的计算框图。

Rolling by the Y shape three-roll mill system is used for the cogging down rolling ofTungsten or Molybdenum billets. The characters of that mill was described in this paper. And the des-cription emphasizde on the pass design of Y shape three-roll mill system for the cogging down rollingof Tungsten of Molybdenum, including the selection of the pass system, the calculation of parametersof the pass shape, width spreading, pass filling, rolling tensions between mills and so on. Theflow-chart of computer aided design for the pass design of Y shape three-roll mill system has beenshown in this paper
