本文利用基于特征信息建模建立产品的设计模型,讨论板材折弯零件加工特征的定义和自动提取问题,然后总结折弯工序编排的决策知识和规则,并在此基础上开发了板材折弯自动工艺规划系统,实现了 CAD 和 CAM 之间的连接。

The paper builds(?)up the product design models using information modelling based on fea- tures,and discusses the definition and automatic extracting of manufacturable features for sheet metal bendings.Then,the decision knowledge and rules about bending sequences layout have been summarized.On the basis of these,the automatic process planning system for sheet metal bending has been developed.It builds the connection between CAD and CAM.
