本文根据材料单向拉伸失稳过程的实测结果,提出同时考虑板材性能和受拉板材的几何因素——初始断面差等两方面影响的失稳理论观点,并且也提出了拉伸失稳时的极限应变值的计算方法与公式。

Based on the experimental results of the uniaxial tension test of sheet metal,a calculation method and formula is proposed in this paper to determine the limit strain of tesion instability. Two factors have been taken into consideration. the specific energy and the geometrical factor-the intial fluctuation of cross sections.
