本文尝试用光塑性模拟技术求解了齿轮轴楔横轧时的变形场分布,给出了轧制时的一些变形规律并解释了Mannesmann效应。对压下率及轧制速度的影响进行了初步试验研究,观察了轧制终了时的刚性端。
