本文详细介绍了用带料弯曲拉伸试验机评价汽车拉深件摩擦特性的试验原理和口方法;阐述了带料弯曲拉伸试验机具有快速简便而又较准确地模拟汽车拉深件摩擦特性的特点,并把拉深中的摩擦、磨损和润滑三者有机地结合起来,为优化汽车拉深件的摩擦条件奠定了实验基础。

The paper detailed the test principle and method of Strip Bend Drawing Tester which evaluated friction conditions of automotive production in deep drawing processes. The Strip Bend Drawing Tester simulated the friction conditions of automot ive production simply, rapidly and more accurately in deep drawing processes. The friction, wear and Lubrication are combined organically by means of the tester. It provides test base for optimizing friction conditions of automotive production in deep drawing Processes.
