<正> 一、前言锻造压力机越来越多地用于生产长轴类零件,而这类零件一般还需要预锻成形。因而导致了辊锻机的应用相应增加,通过连续辊锻预制毛坯。图1用图解法说明了辊锻的原理。图1表明,通过一系列的“椭圓道次—方孔道次”或“椭圓道次—圆孔道次”辊锻加工。压下量一定时,选择使每道次坯料恰好充满孔型的孔口形状很重要。如果填充过量则会出现飞边,而在以后的辊锻道次中这些飞边金属将被滚进坯料而产生裂纹之类缺陷。
