以软模拟材料为基础的物理过程模拟已成功地用于摆辗模拟。根据Z.Marciniak教授的思想,研制了一台用于摆辗的多用途实验用样机。多色蜡试样已用于确定用不同运动上模简单镦粗时的流动型式。其结果与普通锻造进行了比较。测量了4种独立运动型式中下模与试样交界面上的法向应力。说明了摆辗和普通锻造成形的环形试样的比较结果和蘑菇现象。
