粉末冶金件摆辗成形的可能性与局限性

摘要:
本文介绍了钢烧结坯摆动冷压(RCR)的某些技术和经济情况。表明环形烧结坯摆辗成形有显著的经济效益。例如制造汽车齿轮箱的某些零件,传统方法是由锻制棒坯或锻件坯加工而成,而采用高密度烧结坯,可节约材料35%,工作量60%,还可节约大量能源、机器和工具。齿轮Ⅰ及滑动齿轮Ⅱ的实验室试验和生产试验的结果证明,用摆动冷压粉末烧结坯代替锻钢坯是成功的。
