摘要:
EA4T是一种德国牌号的低碳高合金钢材。通过对该材料进行成分分析后,冶炼出该材料,并对其锻造与热处理工艺、金相组织与力学性能分别进行探索和检测。成功获得了如下工艺:锻造工艺温度为1150~850℃,热处理工艺为淬火+高温回火,淬火工艺温度为900~920℃,回火温度为600~650℃。该工艺下材料具有回火索氏体+少量回火贝氏体的金相组织及满意的力学性能。
EA4T is a kind of low carbon high alloy steel of Germany brand.Through the composition analysis of this material,it was smelted out.The forging and heat treatment technology was studied and then the structure and mechanical property were checked.The following processes were got,forging temperature was 1150-850℃,heat treatment technology: quenching+ high temperature temper,quenching temperature was 900-920℃,and tempering temperature was 600-650℃.Under the processes metioned above,metallographic structure of temper sorbite and little temper bainite,satisfying mechanical property were obtaimed.
