带环向内加强筋异形件内旋压成形技术研究

摘要:
介绍了带环向内加强筋异形件现行的各种加工方法存在的问题、采用内旋压工艺成形的意义、工艺方案选择、旋压毛坯设计等内容,论述了带环向内加强筋异形件的两种内旋压工艺方法及实验情况。实验结果表明,带环向内加强筋异形薄壁结构件采用小端装卡起旋和大端装卡起旋两种内旋压工艺都是可行的,均能够满足工件的设计技术要求,受固定方式、扩径量和减薄率的影响,小端装卡起旋加工的零件精度优于大端装卡起旋加工。
Problems of the existing processing methods for the inward belt stiffenered workpiece of different shapes were described.The significance and technology plan and blank design of inner spinning were introduced.Two kinds of inner spinning processing methods for these pieces were discussed.It is flexible to use these two methods of small-tip-fixed spinning and big-tip-fixed spinning.These two techniques can meet the design requirements of the workpiece.Because influenced by fixing way,amount of expansion and thickness reduction percent,the precision of the workpiece processed by small-tip-fixed spinning is better than that of the workpiece processed by big-tip-fixed spinning.
