拉码头多工位级进模设计

摘要:
拉链的拉码头零件形状复杂,而且存在不同壁厚弯曲、四角弯曲和负角弯曲等成形要求,本文为提高效率将单工序的11套模具的冲压生产改为级进模具生产方式。通过详细分析拉码头零件的结构特点和冲压工艺性,完成了拉码头零件的连续冲压排样设计和级进模具设计。设计中采用的冲压工艺与挤压工艺结合、多级阶梯凸模的模具结构、斜排级进排样等创新设计起了关键作用,最终成功压出产品,为类似零件的工艺和模具设计提供了参考和借鉴作用。
The zipper puller has complex shape.There are shaping requiments of different thickness warping,bending around and negative bending angle for it.To improve the efficiency,the manufacturing mode of single procedure with 11 sets of dies on stamping production line was replaced by progressive die production.Many difficulities were met in designing the stamping process and progressive die.Through detailed analysis of the structure characteristics and stamping technology of the zipper puller,parts of the linear layout and stamping mould were designed.Innovative design plays a key role by combining the design of extrusion and adopting the multi-level punch and oblique layout etc..The die was manufactured and the part was produced.
