根据锻锤隔振的设计原理和结构特点,利用VC++,Pro/TOOLKIT,Access等有关编程工具,在Pro/E平台下建立了锻锤隔振CAD系统。该系统主要由原理设计模块、参数化设计模块、标准件库设计模块组成,根据用户选择相应的隔振方案、隔振参数、标准件型号,交互式的输出隔振系统零部件的三维及二维图形,并以BOM清单的形式将零部件质量、材料、数量、备注等基本信息进行输出。实例证明,利用该系统可以方便地设计出参数化的隔振装置,显著提高了隔振装置的设计效率。

The CAD system of vibration isolation for forging hammer based on the platform of Pro/E was established.According to the design principle and structure characters of vibration isolation for forging hammer by using VC++,Pro/TOOLKIT and Access.The system was mainly composed of principle module,parametric module and standard parts library module which can output the 3D and 2D of the components interactively.The information of the components,for example,the mass,material,quantity and remark were outputed by the system as well.The sample approves that it is quite convenient to design parametric equipment by using the system and can improve the design efficiency obviously.
