针对硬盘外壳的结构复杂、尺寸精度和断面质量要求高的特点,分析了其冲压成形工艺特性,确定了通过抽换凸模实现一模冲两种型号的级进模冲压生产工艺方案,设计了17工位的双边载体的排样方案,应用了精密导向和支撑结构、浮动导正销等机构,保证了模具生产的稳定性和可靠性,对此类零件的级进模设计有一定的参考价值。

According to the complex structure and precision of high quality characteristic of the hard disk shell,the forming process was analyzed and the manufacturing technique scheme of one punching step with two types of progressive die through changing the punch was proposed,which could ensure the stability and reliability of the molding production by using the precise guide device,bracing structure and floating pilot pin and the 17-station bilateral carrier blank layout method.Above all,the scheme is useful to the progressive die design of this kind of parts.
