基于Ansys叉车拉杆头有限元分析和结构优化

摘要:
针对叉车上35号钢拉杆头失效断裂的问题,利用有限元法进行受力分析,揭示了断裂产生的原因,引进圆柱壳小开孔理论进一步阐述断裂力学机理,重点探讨了何种结构能得到零件的最大优化效果。结果表明:注油孔存在是导致断裂产生的最主要因素。去除注油孔或增加壁厚均能有效地提高抗拉强度,从而消除安全隐患。另外,Ansys软件有限元分析法能为失效分析提供另一有效新途径。
Regarding the problem of fork lift in 35 steel of drawhead losing efficacy and leading to fracture,the reason caused by the fracture was analyzed by way of finite element.Furthermore,the theory of cylinder with a small opening was introduced to elaborate the mechanism of break mechanics and the point which structure could get the most optimized result from the component was discussed esptcially.The results indicate that the grease hole is the main factor to cause fracture.Wiping off the grease or enhancing the cliff thick are available to improve the tensile strength.Accordingly,the hidden trouble on safety is eliminated.In addition,the way of the finite element analysis on the software of Ansys is able to provide a new way for failure analysis.
