应用Deform-3D有限元软件进行了不锈钢筒形件错距旋压成形过程模拟,揭示了错距旋压筒形件缺陷产生的原因。分析了不同工艺参数下隆起、扩径缺陷的大小、分布及变化规律;结合实验研究,验证了模拟结果的准确性。当旋轮工作角为25°~30°、进给比为0.8mm·r-1、减薄率为30%时,等效应力较小且分布均匀,隆起高度和内径胀径量较小,旋压成形过程处于较好的稳定状态。研究结果能较好地优化工艺和指导实践生产。

The simulation of stainless steel tube stagger spinning process was carried out by the finite element software of Deform-3D to reveal the reason of defects of the stagger spun tube. The magnitude,distribution and variation rule of piling and diametral growth defects were analyzed under the different technical parameters. Experiments were also performed to verify the validity of the simulation results. When the working angle of the roller is in the range of 25°-30°,feeding ratio of 0.8 mm·r-1 and reducing rate of 30%,there are smaller and homogenous equivalent stress,smaller bulge and diametral growth as well as steady spinning process. The results will be helpful to the optimization of the tube stagger spinning and direct the practice production.
