液气锤存在的问题及改进措施

摘要:
介绍了目前应用最广的单杆、排油打液气锤及各控制阀的工作原理,分析该液气锤存在的油气互串、内漏生热、冷锤现象、液压冲击等问题的产生原因和结构上的缺陷,并就这些缺陷提出改进措施。通过实践验证,全液压驱动电液锤原理不仅可满足模锻锤的工艺要求,也完全可满足自由锻锤的工艺要求,并彻底克服液气锤存在的缺点,是液气锤必然的升级换代产品。
The working principles of the whole system and controlling valves of the hydro-pneumatic hammer,driven by single hammer rod with oil discharge and liquid filling were introduced.The shortcomings of the designing principle and structure of the hammer,including gas-oil crossing,heating from valves leakage,unexpected hammering phenomenon and hydraulic impact were analyzed,and then some measures for improvement were proposed.The practice shows that the full hydraulic electro-hydraulic hammer can meet the process requirement for both die forging hammers and free forging hammers,and overcome the shortcomings of the hydro-pneumatic hammer completely.It is the inevitable upgrade product as the hydro-pneumatic hammer.
