板式楔横轧工艺及装备

摘要:
楔横轧技术作为一种新型先进生产工艺,其在金属加工工业中的应用使得优质高效低消耗地生产精密锻件及其它塑性成形产品成为可能。本文对板式和辊式楔横轧工艺的优缺点及其应用领域进行了系统地阐述,结合楔横轧在白俄罗斯的发展和应用情况,详细介绍了板式楔横轧设备及模具特点,指出板式楔横轧工艺在提高材料利用率上有着更大的潜力。
As a new advanced technology,the Cross-Wedge Rolling(CWR) method was used in metal-working industry,which made it prossible to produce high quality,high efficiency and low consumption shaped billets for subsequent precision forging or other plastic forming processes. The spheres of application,advantages and disadvantages of flat and roller cross-wedge rolling schemes were introduced systematically. Based on the application and development of flat cross-wedge rolling method in Belarus,the equipment and die for flat cross-wedge rolling were described. As a result,flat cross-wedge rolling method is more potential to improve material utilization.
