针对汽车覆盖件冲压成形过程中,需要调整冲压方向的模具设计,利用三维软件UG4.0可以方便快捷地对后斜窗进行冲压方向的调整,从而能够快速地设计出模具型面,保证了产品开发、模具设计、数控加工及工程图等数据的一致性,提高了模具设计和制作效率,对相类似覆盖件的模面设计有一定的参考价值。

For adjusting the tipping of die face of the automotive sheet covering,it is advantageous that using 3D softwear NX4.0 to adjust the tipping of the rear gradient window,so that the die face can be designed quickly to ensure the consistency of product development,die design,NC manufacture and engineering plans,and other data to improve the die design and production efficiency.
