冲压成形凸耳不均匀的产生及影响因素

热轧深冲板成形后常有不均匀的凸耳,影响生产及产品质量。通过研究某实际零件的成形过程,分析其开裂为凸耳不均匀所引起的,并建立成形模型,通过数值仿真方法,分析得出了当各向异性和板厚不均同时存在时,会产生凸耳不均匀现象,分析结果与实际情况吻合;同时,分析了工艺参数、模具参数对凸耳不均匀程度的影响,得出凸耳不均匀程度随着压边力、凸凹模圆角增加而增加,随着摩擦、模具间隙的增加而降低,并据此调节生产工艺,改善了开裂问题。
Unequal earing often happens in forming with hot rolled deep-drawing steel, which will influence the product quality and the production. By studying the real process of a part, it was found that the reason of its crack was due to unequal earing. Then simulation model was built and the simulation results show that the anisotropy and unequal thickness of the blank would result in unequal earing. Based on the concurrence of anisotropy and unequal thickness, the influence of process parameters and die parameters on unequal degree of earing was studied. The results show that the unequal degree of earing increases with the increase of the binder force , the punch radius or die radius, and decreases with the increase of the friction or the die gap. At last, adjusting the forming process of the cracked part according to the results, the crack problem was improved.
