一种新型的锥形管无模拉伸成形方法

摘要:
介绍一种新型锥形管的无模拉伸成形方法,该方法解决了锥形钢管难于塑性成形的问题。通过对锥形管无模拉伸变形机制的研究,建立了锥形管无模拉伸的速度模型,制定了无模拉伸加工工艺。实验研究证明,所建立的速度模型较好地表达了无模拉伸速度变化规律,制定的工艺方案合理新颖,设备简单,具有很好的实用价值。
A new dieless drawing method for making tapered pipe was introduced,which solved the plasticity forming problem of tapered pipe.A dieless drawing technique for tapered pipe was developed and the mathematical model of dieless drawing speed was determined based on the systematically researching and analyzing on deformation mechanism.The experimental study shows that the dieless drawing technique is reasonable and novel,and the equipment is simple.The established mathematical model of dieless drawing speed expresses the law of dieless drawing speed and hot-cooling source speed quite well and it has the practical value.
