磨辊轴是ATOX型立磨上的重要零部件,法兰形状为矩形,其截面尺寸达1850 mm×1110 mm。采用一般锻造方法,钢锭镦粗直径要达到2900 mm,需用100 t钢锭来生产,已超出目前水压机的锻造能力,因此需要采用胎模锻工艺。由于方角的存在,金属的流动受到影响,为了保证方头部分顺利成形,需对模具结构进行优化。本文运用DEFORM-3D模拟软件对在不同圆角和拔模斜度情况下的方头成形进行模拟,通过分析对比得出较佳的模具结构。锻件试制的合格也证明了模具结构的合理性。

Grinding roller shaft is a key part of ATOX grinding roller,which has rectangular flange,and the size of its cross section has reached 1850 mm×1110 mm.Upsetting diameter of bloom should reach 2900 mm and 100 t bloom should be used if common forge method was used,which beyonded capacity of the pressent hydraulic compresser,so loose tooling forging process was employed.It was difficult to forge because of the corner which limited metal flowing.In order to assure square corrner form successfully,die structure was optimized.Simulation software DEFORM-3D was used to simulate the forming process of square part under different round radius and pattern draft.After analyzing and comparing,the appropriate die structure was found.The eligible forings also proved the rationality of the die structure.
