针对航空用高强度2E12铝合金,通过试验对T3态和退火态两种状态下的2E12铝合金板材,在室温条件下的力学性能、杯突及弯曲成形进行了研究。试验结果表明:与T3态相比,2E12铝合金板材退火态的抗拉强度、屈服强度及屈强比明显降低,延伸率变化不大;杯突IE值提高了12%,最小弯曲半径值降低了10%,说明2E12铝合金板材退火态较T3态有更好的成形性能。

2E12 aluminum alloy is a high strength alloy for aeronautical industry.The tensile property,cupping testing method and bending performance were carried out for 2E12 aluminum alloy sheet under T3 and annealing condition at room temperature.The results reveal that the tensile strength,yield strength and yield ratios of annealing are much lower than that of T3 condition,while the elongation is almost consistent under two conditions.The cupping testing IE value is 12% higher than that of T3 condition,and minimum bending radius decreases by 10%,implying that the formability performance under annealing condition is superior to that under T3 condition.
