摩擦压力机模架是装夹锻模并传递压力机打击运动的主要构件。应安全可靠、装拆方便、定位准确,并能保证产品的质量。本文针对回转体锻件设计了一套圆形模架;根据摩擦压力机技术参数确定其外轮廓尺寸及闭合高度;利用设备所能锻造的最大锻件尺寸确定模套内壁尺寸,通过承击面所能承受的压力来验证模套外壁尺寸。实践证明,此模架安全可靠,能满足技术要求,具有较高的综合经济效益。

The die carrier of friction drive press is the major element of clamping forging die and delivers the striking of drive press.It should be safe and reliable,and easy to be equipped and dismantled.In accordance with circular forging requirement,a set of circular die set was designed.The dimension of outline and the height of closure were determined by friction drive press technology parameters,the dimension of the interior wall of the die case was determined by the size of the biggest forging produced by the equipment,and the dimension of the outer wall of the die case was illustrated by the by-face.It is proved in practice that this die carrier is safe and reliable and can be satisfied with the technical requirements and has a higher comprehensive economic benefit.
