热模锻工艺对FGH4096合金晶粒度的影响

摘要:
通过热模(模具温度900℃)锻造方法对FGH4096粉末高温合金进行不同应变速率、不同温度及不同变形量影响晶粒度规律的研究发现,锻前经退火的FGH4096合金的平均晶粒直径随变形的增大而减小,随变形温度提高而有所增大,随初始应变速率的提高而减小,但当变形量达到40%,初始应变速率大小的影响不显著。低应变速率变形时,发生变形的晶粒不断转移,因而再结晶是逐步完成的,先再结晶晶粒可长大,造成细化效果的下降;而高应变速率变形时,晶粒几乎同时变形,再结晶同时发生的概率增大,细化效果显著。
The changing laws of grain size of as-annealed FGH4096 superalloy deform at different strain rates,temperatures and deformation conditions were investigated by the heat die(die temperature: 900℃) forging method.The results show that the average grain diameter is reduced with increasing deformation,is increased with elevating temperature,and is decreased with increasing the initial strain rate.The size of the initial strain rate is not significantly affected when 40% deformation has been reached.In low strain rate deformation,the deformation grain transfers continuously.Crystallization is gradually completed and the first crystallization grains can be brought up again.Refining effect declines.In high strain rate deformation,the grain is almost simultaneously deformation,recrystallizating simultaneously occurs and thus the refining effect is significant.
