Ti600合金置氢处理后热塑性研究

摘要:
研究了不同含氢量对Ti600合金的热塑性及力学性能的影响规律。分析了变形温度、变形程度和应变速率对流动应力的影响。研究发现,Ti600合金置氢处理后,峰值应力明显降低,对应变速率的敏感程度有所降低,对温度变化的敏感程度降低。当氢含量为0.2%时Ti600合金表现出较低的变形抗力和较好的成形性能。
The high temperature mechanical behavior of Ti600 alloy with different hydrogen fractions was studied.The effect of deforming temperature,deformation degree and strain rate on flow stress were analyzed.It was found that when Ti600 alloy with different hydrogen fractions,the flow stress is reduced obviously,and strain-rate sensitivity and temperature sensitivity are also reduced.When the quantity of hydrogen is 0.2%,Ti600 alloy hydrogenated has presented good ductility properties and low flow stress.
