本文通过模拟实验研究及理论分析并参考了目前国内外发表的有关文献,初步探讨了应力状态对钢锭内部缺陷锻合的影响,结论认为大型锻造时钢锭内部的应力状态是缺陷锻合的主要力学因素,应变是必要条件。

This paper studied the effect of stress state on the closing of internal defect of forging ingot by simulated test and theoretical analysis as well as Consulting some published papers at home and abroad, the Conclusion draws that the stress state is the main element on the closing of internal defect of forging ingot, the strain is only an essential condition.
