为了分析电磁铆接电磁场的变化规律,采用数值模拟方法,以ANSYS软件为平台建立了电压激励的电磁场耦合模型。通过电阻分流器测量线圈放电电流,验证建立耦合模型的正确性。研究结果表明:驱动片主要受轴向磁场力作用,沿驱动片径向分布不均匀,在驱动片半径一半附近轴向磁场力最大;磁场力沿驱动片厚度方向呈梯度分布。在线圈与驱动片之间,磁场主要沿径向分布,渗入驱动片的磁场呈衰减分布。

In order to analyze the change law of electromagnetic field on electromagnetic riveting process,numerical simulation method was used to establish the electromagnetic field coupling model which was a voltage source by ANSYS.Through measuring the discharge current of the coil with diverter,the coupling model was proved to be doable.The simulation results show that the drive plate is mainly subjected to axial magnetic force,whose distribution is non-uniform along the radial direction of the drive plate,and the maximum value of axial magnetic force locates in about half of the drive plate radius.At the same time,the magnetic force along the driver plate thickness is a gradient distribution.Between the coil and drive plate,the magnetic field is mainly radial and the infiltration magnetic field is an attenuation distribution.
