介绍一种具有复杂相位五拐曲轴的自由锻工艺,锻件设计曲拐夹角采用108°和144°非等角度,给出了3种不同的工艺方案的对比分析。生产实践表明:使曲拐夹角呈90°的制坯方案在拔长时,后变形扁方端部金属切断,出现失稳现象;使曲拐相位一致的制坯方案,超声波探伤结果理想。

Free-forging process of five staggers crankshaft with complex phase was introduced.The 108° and 144° illequal crank angles were adopted in forging design,and three different forging plans were comparative analyzed.The production results show that instability phenomenon appears under stretching crank block because metal fiber of post-deformation blocks edge is cutted with turning crankshaft blank in 90°crank angle plan and ultrasonic inspection results are satisfied with turning crankshaft blank in the same crank angle plan.
