依据双重正间隙冲裁新工艺的原理,利用已在生产中被更换下来的多副旧汽车钢圈轮辐冲大孔模,针对原冲头工作刃口,按新工艺原理要点给以修改设计,组装成新的冲大孔模。在原加工条件下,进行了多次冲裁试验,获得的轮辐大孔断面剪切面高度大于料厚一半,达到原剪切面高度的两倍,并进行了相关分析。

Based on the theory of dual-positiveclearance blanking and made use of piercing dies for big hole of automobile spoke which had been discarded in production,a new piercing die for big hole was assembled only with amending and processing on cutter-edge of the original punch.Under the previous manufacturing conditions,blanking experiments were carried out and was obtained advancement The burnish length in the cross-section of big hole was more than half of material thickness,which was twice over the original burnish length.The relative analysis was done.
