国内某汽配厂加工汽车后桥半轴的方法是在压力机上预锻制坯后在摆辗机上终锻成形,需加热两次,原材料消耗大,生产成本高。针对这种情况,介绍了一种镦辗复合成形汽车后桥半轴的新工艺,并给出了成形EQ153后桥半轴所需的成形力及其它工艺参数,在此基础上设计了250 t镦辗机,由于该机采用了特殊的前、后滑块结构,可实现汽车后桥半轴的一次成形。

The auto semi-axles are formed by two steps in an auto parts factory in our country,they are preforged on a press and finished on a rotary forging machine,and the semi-axle blanks need to be heated twice,which brings great consumption of raw materials and high production cost.For this situation,a new precedure called combined forming of upsetting and rotary forging for auto semi-axle formation was introduced,the forging force as well as other technical parameters for forming EQ153 semi-axle were calculated,and a 250 t upsetting and rotary forging machine with special feeding slide structure was designed,which could accomplish the part formation by one step.
