厚2.5 mm的电动车制动盘盖有着复杂的形状和较高的制造精度。通过对某型号制动盘盖的结构和冲压工艺分析和计算,制定了一套可行的成形工艺,设计了一付多工序复合模具,在此模上完成冲孔、拉深、切边和镦压等多工序。介绍了该成形复合模具的结构、制动盘盖的冲压过程和模具的设计要点。该模具已用于实际生产,冲压件满足技术要求。

The high manufacture precision of the brake shield with thickness of 2.5 mm and complicated shape used in electric-car was satisfactory using exact stamping technique.A feasible forming technique was framed,and one multiple process composite die was designed in order to accomplish the punching,extending,cutting and forging base on the analysis and account for the configuration and stamping technology of brake shield.The composite die structure,stamping process of brake shield and key point of die designing were introduced.The obtained moulds are permitted to be used in real production and the products are satisfactory.
