数字化制造技术在ARJ21飞机导管研制中的应用

摘要:
介绍国内外飞机导管数字化制造技术的情况,针对新支线飞机ARJ21的研制需求并结合实际生产情况,提出了飞机导管数字化制造技术应用方案,并在新支线飞机机头及铰链臂零件成形制造中进行实施,用数字量的CATIA模型代替传统的标准实样,实现了产品设计、仿真优化、成形制造、检验全过程的数字化信息传递,生产的导管件全部合格交付,满足了装配要求,效果显著。
The digitized manufacturing technology of pipe of domestic and foreign aircraft was introduced.According to the demand of developing new branch aircraft ARJ21 and the state of actual production,the scheme of the digitized manufacturing technology of aircraft pipe was put forward and applied successfully in the head and hinge tube of the aircraft ARJ21,in which the digitized CATIA model was used to replace the traditional standard model so that the digitized information transform was realized during design,simulation,manufacturing and inspection of the pipe.The scheme was applied successfully in the head and hinge tube of the aircraft ARJ21,with which all the manufactured pipe parts were qualified and the effectiveness was obvious.
