锻压机械生产过程在线监控装置的研制

摘要:
锻压机械生产过程在线监控能有效提高设备的利用率、企业的经济效益和劳动生产率。基于此,研制了四工位锻压机械生产过程在线监控装置。装置采用压电式压力传感器检测力特征信号,采用接近开关检测脉冲信号。运用具有电荷放大、动态校零、滤波和绝对值运算的模拟信号处理器实现将物理量转变为电信号,由以8098单片机为基础的智能化监控仪进行A/D转换和数据处理,以显示、监控锻压机械生产过程。应用结果表明:该装置响应速度快、检测精度高、工作稳定可靠,满足了在线监控的要求。
On-line monitoring of forging press could raise labor productivity,the economic benefits of enterprise and the utilization rate of equipment efficiently during production process.Based on this,the on-line monitoring instrument for the forging press of 4 stages during production process was developed.The pressure signal was detected with the piezoelectricity type pressure sensor.The pulse signal was produced by close switch.The analog signal circuit with charge amplifier,strain wave,automatic zero and absolute value circuits was adopted to change the physical quantities into electronic signals.A/D converting and data processing were executed to display and monitor production process for the forging press by the intelligent monitoring instrument with 8098 monolithic computer as foundation.Application result shows that the instrument is quick to respond speed,has high detection precision,and is steady and reliable,which are satisfied with the requirement of on-line monitoring.
