大型筒体件锻造工艺的常温实验室模拟研究

参照实际核电压力壳(RPV)大型筒体锻件扩孔工艺,在常温下用金属铅材料设计成一组缩小比例尺寸的筒体试件,使用实验室30 t万能材料试验机缓慢加压变形。模拟研究了大型筒体件扩孔工序的变形规律,定量绘出了模拟变形试件中等效应变EI等值线分布图,总结出扩孔变形分区的典型特征,研究了不同筒体件形状因子、宽窄砧、不同扩孔压下率对扩孔变形的影响,首次从应变场角度得出了最佳扩孔形状因子,其值为0.95。研究结果对实际核电压力壳RPV生产有重要参考价值。

Simulation technique for deformation theory research of enlarging large tubular forgings was investigated.Referring to an actual enlarging process in manufacturing RPV,through a group of reduced-size specimens,slowly compressed them by a 30 t versatile material tester in laboratory at normal temperature.The equivalent-strain EI isographs was got quantitatively for the process,the typical strain area distribution feature in a enlarging process was deduced,and an effect of tubular shape-factor,anvil width,reducing rate were revealed.For the first time,the most optimized tubular shape-factor of 0.95 was deduced at a point of strain field.The result provides an important reference for a possible application in actual RPV manufacture.
