1.5 t电渣锭生产小冷辊坯锻后热处理工艺周期较长,影响生产效率。本文采用分组试验的方法对正火、球化和扩氢退火工艺进行了研究和分析,确定了优化热处理工艺方案,即把球化退火由原来两段式变为一段式,并取消了正火工艺,使小冷辊坯在保证原性能指标的基础上锻后热处理工艺周期缩短了45 h,提高生产效率近20%。

The heat treatment of forged small roll blank(1.5 t ESR ingot) takes a long period,which influences production efficiency.Optimized heat treatment process design was decided by researching and analyzing the group of tests on the process of normalization,spheroidization and hydrogen annealing.The double stages of spheroidization was changed into a single stage for that the normalization was canceled,which saved operating time of 45 h and the production efficiency was almost increased by 20% based on keeping the previous properties.
