类抛物面反射镜拉深质量问题分析及解决方案

某型号汽车用前大灯内抛物面反射镜拉深时存在起皱、拉裂等质量问题,造成汽车大灯不能满足国家有关规定的光型和光线分布要求。经分析,此类问题是拉深时坯料状态控制不当,材料在拉入凹模重新分布的过程中料流不均衡所致。针对该反射镜拉深质量问题,经过生产中的反复研究和试验,采用调整整形工艺参数和在拉深模具上设置拉深筋的方法,优化了拉深工艺和模具结构设计,解决了生产中产品的拉裂、起皱等问题。

During the drawing process,there are quality problems,such as corrugations,cracks and so on in the automobile ex-headlight paraboloid reflector,which cause that the product could not meet the relative national standard about the light-style and light distribution.Through analysis,it is found that the reasons for these problems are the control of roughcast in wrong condition in the drawing process and there exists unbalance flow in the process of material redistribution.Through study and practice in production,it gives an optimized project of drawing process and mold structure designed by regulating drawing parameter and setting drawbead on mould to solve the existent problem in drawing process.
