圆筒形件冲压模卸料刮口尺寸选取的分析

圆筒形件冲压模卸料刮口尺寸,传统方法按照"刮口直径等于制件口部内径"原则选取易刮伤制件表面。本文选取制件口部外径作为刮口直径,采用几何关系论证方法,对圆形及椭圆形刮口的有效作用区进行计算。经分析和生产实际验证表明,选用圆形刮口形状,选取刮口口部尺寸等于制件口部外径尺寸,且适当增加滑动间隙,能有效消除制件外表面刮伤。

The product inside diameter was usually chosen as stripper gate diameter of cylindrical shaped die.The tradition method damages the product surface seriously.The products outside diameter was chosen as the stripper gate diameter,the geometry relation proof was taken as the method,and the effective area calculation of stripper gate was carried on.From analysis and the practical production,the result shows that choosing circular as the stripper gate shape,choosing product outside diameter as the stripper gate diameter and increasing slippage clearance properly could effectively eliminate the scrape damage of products surface.
