3042B不锈钢的弯曲回弹量较大,成形精度的控制有较高的难度。本文设计了用这种不锈钢生产家用空调室内机出风口胶带卡子的冲压工艺、排样方案和模具结构,成功地解决了该卡子的冲压回弹问题。冲压过程采用十三工位连续模设计,含有冲孔、压棱、弯曲、整形等多种工序。模具制造后投入了大批量生产,冲压精度可以控制在0.1 mm之内,实现了100万件的年产量。

The spring-back of 3042B stainless steel is bigger and difficult to control the forming precision.The process scheme of the stamping die for the stainless steel clip of adhesive tape under the fan of the indoor unit on air-conditioner was designed,the blank layout and the structure of the stamping die were designed;the problem of the spring-back was successfully solved during the process of the stamping die for the stainless steel clip.The process scheme with 13 positions at one progressive die contained many working procedures,such as punch,press edges,bend and sizing.The die has been applied in mass production,and the forming precision can be controlled inside 0.1 mm.The annual output of 1,000,000 pieces was easily carried out with the progressive die.
