双角片件多工位级进模设计

摘要:
分析了双角片件的冲裁、弯曲和拉深生产工艺,介绍了其特殊级进模总体结构。论证了其排样方案选择的正确性,在进行拉深工序前,先将成形两侧冲出槽孔,解决了材料局部流动问题。采用补偿法达到了控制制件弯曲回弹的目的。实践证明:该模具结构详细、清晰、可靠,加工质量好,生产效率高,对此类零件的级进模设计有重要参考价值。
The productive technology of the double angle piece parts including blanking,bending and drawing was analyzed,and the whole structure of the particular progressive die was introduced.The selective validity of its layout was proved.Before drawing procedure,the chamfer holes at two sides to be formed were punched out to solve the local flow problem of material.The purpose of controlling part bending rebound was obtained by adopting compesation way.By practice,it is proved that the die structure is detailed,simple and reliable,the processing quality is good and the productivity is high,which has an important reference value for designing the progressive die of this kind of part.
