异步轧制技术及其在镁合金中的应用

摘要:
综述了异步轧制技术的原理、特点、研究及应用情况。从开展镁合金塑性加工新技术的研究出发,论述了目前变形镁合金异步轧制研究的情况,分析了异步轧制过程中镁合金的晶粒细化机理、变形机理及其织构等的变化规律。异步轧制可减弱镁合金板材的基面织构,使其晶粒得到细化,提高其力学性能。指出如果异步轧制技术能够成功地应用于镁合金的塑性成形,镁合金将具有越来越广阔的实际应用前景。
The basic principle,characteristics,present researches and applications of differential speed rolling technology were reviewed.From the view-point of new technics of plasticity processing magnesium alloys,the application of differential speed rolling technology in wrought magnesium alloy was discussed,and the mechanism of grains refinement,deformation mechanism,rules of texture variation,and so on were analyzed.Differential speed rolling technology can weaken basal texture of magnesium alloy sheets,fine grains and improve mechanical properties.It puts forward that magnesium alloy will have a better actual application future if differential speed rolling technology is applied successfully in the plastic forming.
